Luigi a 7 yr old chug (chihuahua & pug) rescued from a pound in rural West Virginia. Along with looking for a forever home, Luigi has quite a vet bill. He had to be neutered, have 16 teeth and two suspicious tumors removed and we arent done yet. He will need additional dental work as well, and we have to wait for the results from the lab to see if the tumors are cancerous.
