Apollo Domestic Shorthair Adult Male for sale in Cleveland, Ohio

My story
Apollo was rescued during frigid temperatures. He was climbing the screen door begging to come inside of a local police officers home. He picked the right home, because this officer has rescued and adopted numerous kitties for RCAF. The officer brought him indoors and discovered the poor guy was emaciated. He took him to the vet where it was determined that Apollo was a young and healthy boy. He was just a little underweight, but that has already started to change now that he is in his foster home. He is super friendly and we would consider him a total lap cat. He loves to follow his foster mom around and hang out with her whenever he can. He also likes to nap with her. He does well with the other kitties in the home. There are no dogs in the foster home, but we believe that with proper introduction techniques, he will be fine. Apollo is about 1 years old, neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He is slowly gaining weight and enjoying the good life of being indoors. His estimated date of birth is Spring 2014. Black cats are also most often ignored by potential adopters and are the hardest to place for rescues and shelters. These cats are often left waiting in pounds and shelters with hopes of finding a loving home. RCAF has some black cats that have been in foster care for 5 years! Black cats need love and a safe home too. Therefore, if you are thinking of adding a kitty to the family, consider adding a black one. I am spayed/neuterd, vaccinated and tested negative for Felv/FIV. Please email rcafcats@yahoo.com for an application. Last update: 2/04/15, 7.29/19
