Dottie is a healthy happy girl ready to find her forever home, she is a little different than most because Dottie is deaf.

Deaf dogs can live the same quality of life that any dog does. Dottie has no idea shes any different from other dogs, she has already learned Sit and down with Hand commands. Dottie is sweet and loves to snuggle, she enjoys nap time on the couch and is also good in her crate. Because poor Dottie was starving when she was found she can be possessive of her food so a home without young children would be best. An adopter who is willing to work with her to overcome this would be ideal.

Dottie is a medium at 35lbs and shes is around a year old. Dottie is medium energy and can self entertain. She will throw her toys around and chase her own tail. She also loves to chase shadows and beams of light. Dottie is good with cats although she will try to play with them. Dottie is house trained and crate trained.
